Our new base is in a building called Petre Court, based at Clayton Business Park, it is in a great location for staff and clients to reach us. As part of the move we have brought our 4-year-old brand a bit more up to date. Using new colours and creative movement to reflect the services we offer. We have spent time with our team over the last 12 months developing and considering the business and why we do what we do and we have invested that WHY not only into our freshened logo but also into everything that we do. The office environment carries this WHY within its design.
We now have a large, airy and modern open plan office space and various separate meeting rooms where we can focus on Delivering Better Experiences. There is a large social space for staff to use with a kitchen encouraging staff to get away from their desks to socialise and enjoy their lunch and coffee breaks.
We now have the space we need, a much-improved working environment for our team and clients and a great base to deliver the very best that First Travel Solutions has to offer.
We are also changing the way in which we contact you by using a national non-geographical number.
Our new number is 0345 528 0270.
You can still contact us on all of our existing telephone numbers as diverts are in place but the new national non-geographical number will be the number in which you will receive for all of our outbound calls, please don’t ignore us our call maybe important to you.
Our phone menu has changed and direct dials are setup to divert all calls to our new phone menu, please listen carefully to the new menu options take note of our new email signatures which will explain how to contact us via our extension routing.
