The new partnership with Autocab will improve the customer experience with the introduction of a new automated booking process.

First Travel Solutions, one of the UK’s leading experts in transport management, has expanded its taxi booking system for its clients, through a new partnership with market-leading booking & dispatch specialists, Autocab.

The strategic partnership with Autocab enhances First Travel Solutions taxi network and will allow the business to introduce an automated booking process for taxi operators using Autocab’s dispatch solution. The integration will create seamless, automated end-to-end booking processes, delivering a wide range of benefits, including real-time passenger information and administration efficiencies.

The partnership will also deliver a range of benefits to the overall passenger experience, including; quick access to vehicle make, model and colour through vehicle and journey information, as well as complete transparency of the journey through real time passenger information using Google Maps.
